Syrine’s diverse Human Resource experience spans over two decades, primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition restructure and strategy, Executive and Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity/Equality, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Her extensive and diverse Human Resources experience in various business sectors has allowed her to excel as a strategic and transformative Business Leader and Partner.
With in-depth knowledge of leading and managing the most complex human capital projects, Syrine has consistently demonstrated her ability to understand an organization’s core business quickly. These skills and insights have helped her identify unconventional ways to leverage and engage its talent in a more meaningful and impactful way, therefore, increasing organizational growth and profitability.
As an avid academic and leader committed to helping organizations flourish, Syrine graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management. Aware of the need to remain current in resolving human capital challenges in a rapidly moving world, she is completed her Doctorate in Education focusing on Organizational Change and Leadership at Baylor University.
Syrine leads domestic and international organizations through the journey to inclusion and belonging. Recognizing the challenges associated with DEIB journeys, her strategy is transformation initially through the lens of education and aligning on the concept of intersectionality and allyship. The supplemental premise is the human desire to feel connected and belong. Through this lens, Syrine shares her vision of evolving organizations, which are microcosms of society, into a shared spaces of collaboration where every person is treated with dignity and respect. In addition, she has evolved leaders to shift their mindset to an asset-based approach to viewing differences. This practical yet, alternative approach to DEIB cultural transformation collectively impacts its leaders and organizational citizens in a life-changing way.
Through this partnership strategy, the evolution begins in the leaders’ hearts and minds. Organizations begin the shift inward to do the work needed to transform, therefore increasing chances of growth and profitability organizationally.
